So, all the passengers boarded the vehicle and we left exactly on time after a small refill. We left from Dharamshala, as a landslide made Mcleodganj inaccessible to buses.
The bus made its way towards the next pickup point and we were cruising at good speeds. We had a very good driver, as he seemed to know each and every curve perfectly and overtaking perfectly on point. I was in awe of such skills and became a fan instantly. Just amazing.
We had seemed to encounter a small traffic jam enroute jawala-ji, and quickly made a decision to turn back, take a alternative and rush to Delhi. the driver, they way he took a u turn in that small road was just speechless. just one reverse and the next, we were on the other side of the road, waiting for a pax, and lost around 20 minutes as we waited for him.
The moment we all boarded, the driver was in no mood to waste the lost time. he was covering ground so beautifully, overtaking everything in way with such ease, as if this was a small car! Amazing.
We stopped a good 30 minutes for dinner and then again made our way towards Chandigarh. As the pro driver wished, the bus swayed to his commands and we reached CHD at 1am. Quickly took a small break and we were on our way to delhi, and the beautiful driving brought us to delhi at exact sharp 4:15am!
Arrival was before time and the time which was lost, was also covered! 20 mins lost and arrival a good 75 minutes before time!
Hats-off, Bedi Travels! this service will remain on my memories and will definitely try this service again.
